Trabajo infantil en San Cristóbal de las Casas. El caso de los niños boleros Chamulas

The objective of this research is to analyze the compatibility of work - school working children in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas. To meet this objective, a primarily qualitative methodology was used , based on the case of a trade study in particular , t he Chamul a street shoe - shine children . To integrate the case, in addition to documentary research was conducted observations in their place of work, the street, as well as interviews semi structured with children, place traders and members of civil society . It was found that for various cultural, legal and economic reasons, children do not attend school, jeopardizing their future capabilities.
