Abstract
Investigations of TeV gamma-ray emission enable us to explore the properties of extreme cosmic environments and the acceleration mechanisms of particles at such high energies. These studies are particularly challenging when multiple sources are closely located on the sky. The DA 495 region, which includes the pulsar wind nebula DA 495, is one such example where different Very-High-Energy (VHE) gamma-ray experiments have reported results that are not fully consistent. We present results from a dedicated analysis using 2,860 days of the High-Altitude Water Cherenkov (HAWC) experiment data, identifying three extended sources. These results lay the groundwork for future studies of VHE gamma-ray emission and particle acceleration in this complex region.
