From its beginnings, design represents a means of transmission for information, and it is through it that all
the necessary data are materialized to achieve meaningful interpretation. In this way, it is recognized as a premise that
the vast majority of decisions are influenced by emotional factors, in addition to logical criteria. Despite being a recent
concept, the impacts of neuroarchitecture on the human mind have been recognized for a long time, especially when
addressing corporate, educational, or hospital projects. This article demonstrates the relationship of design with brain
neuroplasticity: how the environment modifies its chemistry and, therefore, emotions, thoughts and behaviors. Thus,
certain environments stimulate hormonal mechanisms in the brain that give rise to emotions and sensations. The
objective is to show the approach to the subject seeking the development of smarter and more humane spaces. A causal
analysis should be carried out based on the composition of the environments and their influence on the behavior of the
human being to indicate its relevance in spatial production. As a study methodology, an analysis of texts, books and
newspapers is carried out in the area in question with the intention of understanding how this process can be applied at
different stages of design
