Abstract
The fourth industrial revolution with the acquisition of technologies 4.0 requires a labor demand with specific skills. The article aims analyzes the skills of the personnel occupied in the logistics company with technology 4.0. The methodology is examined by a quantitative approach and a non-experimental-transversal deductive method. Through a primary source, the data was collected through the application of a survey to employees in the work areas of logistics advisor, logistics analyst, logistics engineer, management analyst and purchasing agent of the company with technology 4.0 in its offices in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Uruguay. The results reveal that the speaking, the complex problem solving and the critical thinking skills occupy the first three positions of importance according to the arithmetic mean. It is concluded that different skills and order of importance are presented according to the area of work, sociodemographic characteristics, and countries.
