Ecuador's Withdrawal from ICSID Moving Towards a Regional Regime of Dispute Resolution

On July 9, 2009, Ecuador's government notified to the World Bank its denunciation of the 'Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States'.
