Abstract
Despite the fact that the Arab uprisings have been occurring in a remote region that is not at the top of their diplomatic agendas, numerous Latin American governments have taken part in debates on the “Arab Spring.” They have done so with varying degrees of intensity, above all in the Libyan and Syrian cases.
