Abstract
The aim of this chapter is to explore, from a humanist perspective, the responsibility the company can have regarding the well-being and dignity of its collaborators. Through this analysis, we will propose a Corporate Social Responsibility model based on dignity and well-being, from a humanistic perspective, that can empower people within organisations and help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
