Social Dialogue in the Context of Religious Freedom according to Pope Francis

The research project analyzes Pope Francis's ethical proposal on religious freedom and social dialogue, focusing on chapter IV of Evangelii Gaudium. Using a hermeneutic documentary analysis, the study evaluates the magisterium's continuity with Vatican II and the pontificate's pastoral nuances. Results highlight dialogue, the culture of encounter, and fraternity as central axes, promoting freedom of conscience and public peace through inculturation. Three fields of action are identified: social dialogue, the faith-science relationship, and the encounter with non-believers.
