European Union/Europa Nostra Prize for Cultural Heritage, Juror

Prize launched by the European Commission to promote exemplary initiatives in the rehabilitation of cultural heritage across Europe in fields ranging from the restoration and refunctionalization of buildings to the rehabilitation of urban and rural landscapes. Juror’s work: extensive long-distance collaboration (Oct to Jan) to select, visit, and scrutinize entries across Europe; intensive jury session in The Hague (Feb). Determinations criteria: disciplinary requisites, social impact, environmental sustainability, and geographic factors.
