Elementos del coeficiente intelectual que influyen en la integración laboral del capital humano en una empresa de Monclova, Coahuila

The objective of this research is to determine the elements of IQ that influence the labor integration of human capital and to establish a proposal for decision making, allowing greater reliability in the process. The research design considered the quantitative, descriptive approach. The study was carried out using the Terman Merril intelligence test as an evaluation instrument, applied to a sample of 150 people interested in joining a private initiative company, located in Monclova, Coahuila. Mexico. The results reveal not only the IQ, but also the specific analysis of the cognitive skills that will allow a comparison with the labor competencies required in the positions offered, providing support in the decisions of the process of integration of people to the organization. The main conclusions allowed to identify that the IQ determines the hiring decision, and specifically the measurement of cognitive skills such as: information, judgment, vocabulary, synthesis, concentration, analysis, abstraction, planning, organization, and attention are directly related to the competencies required by the organization, knowing the degree of development of cognitive skills will increase the reliability in the decision of labor integration.
