Bianca Nayeli Chacón Montoya

Professor and researcher at the School of Business, University of Monterrey (UDEM). She holds a Ph.D. in Economic Sciences from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, and a Master’s in Economics as well as a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez. Her research focuses on family, labor, and gender economics, analyzing female labor participation, maternal employment, and gender inequalities in the labor market. She has worked as an economic analyst at the Bank of Mexico, and her research has been presented at national and international conferences. She combines teaching and research with the training of students in microeconometrics, data analysis, and artificial intelligence applied to business.
