Resumen

This chapter analyses the role of universities in promoting new management perspectives and how these institutions have shaped the approach under which organisations are managed and led, contributing to sustainable social development. Furthermore, the author provides evidence of alliances between universities and organisations that seek to establish different humanistic management models in Latin America.
