Producción científica

The graphic design exercise in Mexico has being influenced by many deficient practices that are affecting the work’s field. From the areas of management, control and execution of tasks to the sale of projects, these practices are, in many cases, merely unfair, which due to ignorance of the national and international regulatory framework, turn into unjust and illegal practices. Reason why, it is reached to appreciate in some ghettos that is emerging inevitably, a new subculture, of how it should be, a minority that performs the loyal and legal praxis of design. Therefore, this newly created subculture would demand at least two modifications for its purpose. The first would include a new multidisciplinary re-education in ethical aspects for the design business, which would imply an efficient administration of proven or verifiable models in management. And the second modification could be, a training in terms of legislation in the areas such as the intellectual and industrial property that favors the implementation of processes as indispensable as registration of trademarks, patents and industrial design. In such a way that, the loyal praxis of the graphic design in Mexico, is in a short term future, a loyal exercise with dominion of the legal terms and principles.
