Resumen
"The chapter analyzes the health of the migrant population during the COVID-19 pandemic. It emphasizes that, despite the existence of regulations involving governmental and international actors, in the face of the pandemic, migrant homes, being the main places where this migration is materially present, had to make use of scarce and dwindling resources - often obtained through personal ties - to cope with the health measures implemented as a result of the pandemic. However, what stands out are not only the exceptional measures imposed by the pandemic, but also what it has made visible: the fragility and vulnerability, if not the inexistence, of a health care system for the migrant population as it passes through Mexican territory".
