Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) activities have become an important element to internationalize the curriculum of the Business School at Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) in Mexico. It is through intentionally designed international activities under David Kolb’s experiential learning theory that UDEM is fostering the development of intercultural competences among students. The project includes four courses in international business that have been modified in order to integrate COIL activities, results of these experiences, and their applicability in other disciplines or contexts.
