Neurodevelopment is important at the beginning of childhood because there is greater plasticity of the brain, during the pandemic children were in social isolation. This study sought to demonstrate that social isolation is a risk factor for presenting alterations in the Denver scale and neurodevelopment in children after the COVID-19 pandemic.A sample of 188 patients was obtained from the Christus Muguerza hospital group and private consultation of pediatric doctors who attended a healthy child check-up consultation from 1 month to 6 years of age. It was found that 21 patients had an affectation on the Denver scale.
