Abstract
Government offices play a crucial role in the community by serving as hubs for avariety of services and operations. In the current landscape, quality customer service
has become essential to the success of any organization. Despite this, in recent
decades government offices in México are not adequately adapted for the extensive
amount of time that employees spend in them, including their extra time working..
Through this project, the goal is to transmit from its facilities the work carried out
within the Institute. The ambiance, lighting and layout of office interior design can
create a positive and pleasant impression for those who work in the space every day,
as well as visitors. An attractive and welcoming environment will provide comfort and
confidence in the services offered. Therefore, it is essential to consider office interior
design as a positive aspect, which can be part of their service strategy.
