Abstract
The human being recognizes himself from his own fragility in the face of the natural environment that harasses him, in addition to the fragility of his human condition; his innate creative ability allows him to face this limitations in the search of a meaning. The human species thus distinguishes itself from the other species in its spiritual faculties (intelligence, will) that help it deal with this limitations. It creates culture to bring the vastness of the universe to human scale, to define it.
The relevant idea behind this approach consists in the environment significance, which is a linguistic resource, a result of human capacity in search of answers to questions; the symbol transforms in a way to categorize the world that surrounds the human being, an indispensable condition for the same human being, as an individual, to live and, as a citizen, to live together.
This article aims to intervene in an appropriate way to the contemporary city through what we call transgenesis in the city through structural data that allow us to think, design, build and live the city (Gallegos, 2019).
In this article we use the phenomenological and bibliographic method where an adequate way to make and live the city is sought.
