N2 - In recent years, various investigations have been carried out related to the Analysis of the Social Life Cycle and its relevance in corporate sustainability. The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of different methodologies for the improvement of processes in human management at the corporate level, achieving a positive impact on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Results and discussion The strategies carried out by the company in each category defined within the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) methodology, together with the results obtained by the surveyed population, are disclosed. Conclusion The main contribution of this study is that it has focused on evaluating the internal and external behavior of a company to analyze CSR from the management of human capital.
