Abstract
This research addresses one of the most important demands of the university sector and strategic analysis of internal communication pro- cesses in private universities in undergraduate distance education, in this sense the efficient development of internal communication is part
of the strategic use of information tools by employees, which allow the establishment of a corporate culture that fosters a strong sense of be- longing to the different members of the organization and the results, meanwhile, showed that this requires the implementation of a commu- nication plan and the design of an information policy which demon- strates the aspects of management philosophy and reinforce the funda- ments that are projected in the corporate image in universities.
