Abstract
Psychoanalysis with children leads us to rethink psychoanalytic theory in its complexity. New questions, new
challenges, summon us daily. We recognize that the psychoanalytic clinic with children has a history and a
particular journey that we are going to try to address, to answer the question: what is the uniqueness of a
psychoanalyst's encounter with a child? Or what is the same, what is the analysis of children? For this, we will
not only address the Freudian and Lacanian approach to this issue, but also the ideas about the subjective
constitution in the structuring situations of each subject at present so that we can think about the particularity
