Abstract
In recent times, there has been a marked increase in migrants who are
temporarily or permanently settled in the Mexican State, especially due to current political phenomena that force them to consider their permanence in our country when they are repelled by the United States from America. Hence the relevance of analyzing whether the Fundamental Rights of migrants are guaranteed in the Mexican State, which is addressed in this work from a strictly legal variable, as is our constitutional procedural law. This paper seeks to analyze the legal configuration of the institutions of Mexican constitutional
procedural law that are responsible for guaranteeing the Fundamental Rights, with the objective of linking it to a specific vulnerable group - migrants - to verify if its design is compatible with the protection of prerogatives of this group and, if necessary, identify the limitations they present in this regard.
