Abstract

Translation into French with a short introduction in English. The original decision of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador is included as an Annex.[1] Soon after the denunciation of the ICSID Convention, the government of Ecuador initiated the denunciation process of thirteen Bilateral Investment Treaties (BIT).
