Abstract

This research focuses on the analysis of the main dimensions that integrate the mission of the Technological Institutes that integrate the Tecnológico Nacional de México (TNM). For this purpose, an 18- dimensional matrix of elements that integrate the mission was designed and a qualitative technique of content analysis was used for the analysis of the missions of the 256 Technological Institutes. An indicator that is an average, called "percentage of presence", was also elaborated. The results indicate that the highest "presence percentages" are held by the Decentralized Technological Institutes (DTIs). In addition, the dimensions that have high presence percentages are "services" and "technology".
