Organizational Commitment has been the area of interest among academic researchers and practitioners because it is believed to have an effect on organizational performance. Today there are a lot of studies examining the antecedents and correlates of employees’ commitment, but little efforts have been given towards studying the relationship between organizational commitment and Innovative and entrepreneurial behavior of employees. The present study try to address the relationship among these variables . Data were collected from 327 executives working in multinational companies.Data were analyzed using correlation and Multiple Regression. Results at this moment revealed that innovative behavior is positively related to commitment .
