A Toc-OeE driven approach to increase order on-time delivery

Abstract

Current competitive environment requires that companies develop new capabilities to achieve world class competitiveness. Market acceptance depends upon the degree upon which they satisfy quality, cost, responsiveness and flexibility requirements. This work describes a TOC-OEE driven approach to increase order on-time delivery for a Mexican company that produces printed packaged materials. This approach enables the application of improvement initiatives in a selective manner to implement those that have a positive impact on the delivery of the production system. Results of the application are provided.
