Rosa Amilli Guzmán Pérez

Dr. Rosa Amilli Guzmán Pérez, has a PHD on Law from the Sorbonne Paris Cité University (France) and a Master in International Trade Law from the Faculty of Law, Economic Sciences and Administration of the University of Lorraine (France). Likewise, she is a graduate of the Diploma in Latin American Studies from the Institute of Higher Studies in Latin America (IHEAL) of the University of Paris 3. In 2019 she was chosen as a participant in the Regional Course on International Law for Latin America and the Caribbean, held in Chile, organized by the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs.

She is a researcher, member of the National System of Researchers and professor at the University of Monterrey, where she teaches courses on international law and legal research methodology.
