Professional Information

Graduated in Architecture from the Universidad del Zulia, he has a long career in the public management of educational infrastructure, developing functions as Project Architect and Project Manager in the Zulia region.

He has a Master's Degree in Business Management with mention in his Degree Work, from the Universidad del Zulia. As well as studies of PHD Doctorate in Project Management at the Universidad Benito Juarez Guerrero, where he obtained honorable mention in his final project. 

 

He was an associate professor of professional and postgraduate studies at the Universidad del Zulia, in the Faculty of Architecture and Design, and in the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences; as well as guest professor at the Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, in Venezuela. He has been advisor and synodal of several thesis works at professional and postgraduate level.


He has developed a long career in research with more than a dozen articles published in scientific journals indexed in Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador; he has also been a referee for several academic publications in those countries. 

He has been a lecturer and speaker in various scientific spaces in Latin America, and since 2017, he is a professor at the Roberto Garza Sada Center, in the Department of Architecture and Habitat Sciences, being also coordinator of the Academy of Drawing and Representation. 

He is involved in various outreach projects, including his participation in the project Pabellón de la Tierra, an inter-university activity of the architecture schools of the University of Monterrey, the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, and the Swiss Embassy in Mexico, through the CEELA project. He was a candidate for the Pro Magistro Roberto Garza Sada award of the UDEM in 2022.
