Francisco Cabrera, 35, is an Assistant Professor at UDEM Business School, and an Associate Fellow to the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia. He has served as Senior Economist for the British Embassy in Mexico, as a Full-Time Lecturer at the Centre for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE) and as Director of Research at the Centre for the Regional Cooperation of Adult Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (CREFAL). He has led programme evaluations and research projects for institutions such as the World Bank, UNESCO, Brookings Institution, and the Inter-American Conference in Social Security (CISS). He holds an MSc. and a PhD. in Economics from the University of Sussex (UK) and a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chile.
