Alfonso Ernesto Benito Fraile, PhD. has graduated in Humanities with a Masters in Executive Development and Leadership, both by the University of Deusto, San Sebastian, Spain. His doctorate is about the Social Responsibility of Enterprise and the Development of Values. All his studies is aimed at supporting the development of people in organizations, to enhance teamwork and leadership.
He has worked as a manager of different educational institutions in Spain and Mexico. Since 2012 he has worked as a consultant and coach on organizational culture, leadership, social responsibility, team management and family business.
He is currently professor-researcher at the University of Monterrey (México). His teaching and research interest is about Humanistic Management, Social Responsibility, Human Capital and Organizational Development.
